Do not bring additional guests to your appointment with you, including children, other family members and friends etc.
To ensure safety of your children and also, so stylists can provide the best possible service to clients in a relaxing environment, children are not allowed to accompany you to your appointment, please be considerate of other clients and stylists as our concern is for the safety of your child, our guests and our staff.
Karina’s hair studio accepts Walk-in clients, Appointments are highly recommended! Please be mindful when scheduling, and do not schedule if you’re unsure of your schedule. As last minute cancellations can grealty impact business.
There is a 72 hour cancellations notice to cancel or reschedule any chemical service after 2 cancellations/reschedule you will be asked for a deposit which is non-refundable/non-transferable for future appointments. There is a 24hour notice to cancel or reschedule any non chemical service, after a 2nd cancellation/rescheduling you will be asked for a deposit to make future appointments, which is non-refundable/non-transferable.
No call no show will be blocked from future appointments. Deposit is non-refundable for no-show/no call. Please arrive on time for your appointment, as foreseen things can happen. We ask that clients notify the salon they will be late, clients who arrive late maybe asked to adjust appointment or reschedule. If service overlaps another clients service time.
